Hi friends! I’m Brody and I’m approximately a 45lb one-year-old formesian mountain dog mix from Taiwan. 

I currently live with one other dog and she is my BEST friend so I'm really hoping in my new home I can have another dog sibling. We LOVE to chase each other and playfight in the backyard. Sometimes I like to playfight with her on foster mom and dad’s bed too, even when foster mom is trying to nap I’m not the biggest fan of cats, though, so I hope my future home is cat-free! 

I am a SUPER affectionate and lovable dude. I love all humans I’ve met so far (though I haven’t met too many children) and I love a good belly rub from them! I love food and will very proudly sit or give paw when asked. I’m still working on some other commands and recall, but I know with practice and yummy treats, I’ll get the hang of them! While I enjoy walks and have good leash etiquette, I tend to get stressed out and become very reactive when I see another dog. 

My foster parents started working on this with me and have already seen some improvement, so I need a home that will spend the time helping me improve. 

I am fully housetrained, and I can be trusted to be left alone out of a crate (I really hate it in there) as long as I have some good toys to chew on (don’t worry, I’m pretty good at only chewing on my toys… but sometimes I need a quick reminder of what isn’t a toy)! I love a good play, but I also love snuggles and kissing my foster parents to death! I’m still a puppy at heart and have medium energy levels. I currently sleep either with foster parents in bed or on my dog bed at the end of the bed. Really, I just love being near my foster parents! 

I am neutered, microchipped and up to date on my vaccines. I would benefit from having a dog sibling to play with, or at the very least humans that will run around and play with me to get my energy out in a fenced yard!
